Mediation provides a constructive way to address disputes without the cost, delay and uncertainty often associated with formal proceedings.

Initial Enquiry Call

Free Initial Call - 15 minutes.

A short introductory call to understand the situation, explain how mediation works, and determine whether the process is appropriate before any booking is made.

Preparation Session

Up to 2 hours per participant - £150 per participant

A private meeting with each participant to hear the background of the dispute, clarify the issues involved, and prepare constructively for the mediation.

Single-Issue Mediation Session

Up To 2 Hours - £200 per participant.

A structured mediation session designed for disputes involving one clearly defined issue.

Participants meet together to briefly explain their perspective, clarify the issue involved, and explore whether a practical way forward can be identified.

Suitable for situations such as:

  • neighbour disagreements

  • small workplace communication issues

  • misunderstandings between individuals

  • practical disputes involving one specific issue

If the situation involves multiple issues or requires more time, participants may choose to continue the process through a standard mediation session.

Standard Mediation Session

Approximately 4 hours - £300 per participant.

A structured mediation session where both participants work through the issues and explore whether a viable agreement can be reached.

Extended Mediation Session

Approximately 6-7 hours - £475 per participant.

A longer mediation session where additional time is required to fully explore the issues and work towards a viable outcome.

Additional Time

Additional time - £120 per hour.

Additional mediation time available where further discussion is needed to move the situation forward.

Important Information

Mediation is a professional facilitation process designed to explore whether a viable agreement can be reached.

While many mediations do result in agreement, no outcome can be guaranteed.

Any agreement reached during mediation only becomes effective once it has been recorded in writing and signed by both participants.

Where venues are booked for mediation sessions, venue costs are included within the mediation fee and are non-refundable once confirmed.
